Custom silicone heating mat – flexible silicone heater up to 250 °C, self-adhesive option
The custom silicone heating mat delivers even, controllable surface heat to almost any component. Evenly spaced resistance wires are vulcanised between layers of silicone rubber – thin, flexible and tough. Because the mat conforms to pipes, vessels, plates and special shapes, heat goes straight into the object. Outline, cut-outs, fixing, wattage and sensors are designed for your application – from a single piece to series production.
Features
- Wire-wound silicone heating element, 1.1–3.0 mm thin, max. 940 × 3000 mm; etched-foil version for series
- Temperature range −60 °C to 250 °C, self-adhesive version −30 °C to 180 °C
- IP64 or IP65, resistant to moisture, weather, oils, greases, acids, alcohol and acetone
- Fixing self-adhesive, with straps and buckles, eyelets or as a pre-formed pipe sleeve
- Optional PT100/NTC sensor, bimetal thermostat, over-temperature protection or digital controller; Schuko, CEE plug or open cable end
- Options: high-temperature, low-smoke/low-toxicity material, UL/VDE approval
