Custom heating jackets and silicone heaters (made to order)
We have heating jackets, heating blankets and flexible silicone heaters manufactured exactly to your dimensions, power and temperature requirements – for vessels, IBCs, drums, gas cylinders, pipes, valves, moulds and instruments.
Features
- Industrial heating jackets for cylindrical, square and special shapes – insulated for fast heat-up and low heat loss
- Silicone heaters with wire-wound or etched-foil element: thin, flexible, resistant to moisture, oil and chemicals
- Control by digital controller, fixed bimetal limiter or PT100/NTC sensor for your control system
- Self-adhesive or mechanical fastening (straps, springs, hook-and-loop)
- Wide range of voltages, watt densities and temperatures; pipe curing jackets up to 180 °C

- Gas cylinder, drum and IBC heating
- Viscosity control of fluids and resins
- Freeze protection for vessels, pipes and valves
