Shipping and Payment

Our shop is aimed exclusively at businesses, companies and public authorities. All prices and shipping costs are net, plus statutory VAT where applicable.

Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge shipping costs per order based on the goods value (net):

Goods value below EUR 50.00: EUR 10.00
Goods value EUR 50.00 to 99.99: EUR 15.00
Goods value from EUR 100.00: EUR 25.00

If your order contains ERGOMAT products and the goods value is below EUR 100.00, the shipping costs increase by a manufacturer’s service charge of EUR 20.00.

Shipping costs to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden

Denmark, Finland, Sweden: EUR 15.00 per order
Norway: EUR 20.00 per order

Small-quantity surcharge: For deliveries outside Germany with a goods value below EUR 100.00 (net), a small-quantity surcharge of EUR 15.00 applies. It is included in the shipping costs shown (Denmark, Finland, Sweden therefore EUR 30.00, Norway EUR 35.00).

Prices in local currency: The euro amounts on this page are authoritative. If you select DKK, SEK or NOK in the shop, prices and shipping costs are converted at the exchange rate stored in the shop. The small-quantity threshold is then the equivalent of EUR 100.00. You can see the amounts in your currency in the shopping cart.

Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland are possible on request. The shipping costs for your order are shown in the order summary before you submit your order.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time is 14 working days for deliveries within Germany and 21 working days for deliveries to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

For prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank; for all other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract.

If an item is not available and we therefore cannot accept your order, we will inform you in text form without delay. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Shipping and transport

Wherever possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment, unless it contains items that have to be packed or transported separately or will only be available at a later date. We cover the additional postage and packaging costs.

Customs duties and import charges for deliveries to Norway

Norway is not a member of the European Union. For deliveries to Norway, customs duties, import VAT and other charges as well as handling fees of the transport company or customs authorities may be incurred in addition to the purchase price. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are charged directly to you.

Returns

As we sell exclusively to businesses, companies and public authorities, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns of goods free of defects are only possible by prior agreement with our customer service. In the event of defects, please contact info@hansehandel.com.

Retention of title

Goods are delivered subject to retention of title. Details are set out in § 10 of our General Terms and Conditions.

Payment methods

1. PayPal

With PayPal, you pay for your order directly in the order process. As soon as the amount has been received and confirmed in our PayPal account, we process your order.

2. Credit card

With credit card payment, you also pay directly in the order process. You enter your card details directly with the payment service provider; we do not receive or store complete card data.

3. Prepayment

With prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount in advance to the account stated in the order confirmation. We ship your order once payment has been received. We reserve the ordered items for you for 20 calendar days. If the amount is not received within this period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Please state your order number and company name as the payment reference.

4. Purchase on account

With purchase on account, you pay the invoice amount without deduction within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. This payment method is only available for deliveries within Germany and requires a credit check without a negative result. We reserve the right not to offer purchase on account in individual cases. Information on the credit check can be found in our privacy policy.

Default of payment

In the event of default of payment, we are entitled to charge default interest. Details are set out in § 6 of our General Terms and Conditions.
