Shipping costs

Within Germany we deliver free of shipping charges.

The following shipping costs apply to deliveries to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden:

• Denmark: EUR 30.00
• Finland: EUR 30.00
• Sweden: EUR 30.00
• Norway: EUR 35.00

All amounts include statutory value added tax where applicable. The shipping costs specific to your order are shown separately in the order summary before you submit your order.

Delivery time

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the delivery time is 14 working days for deliveries within Germany and 21 working days for deliveries to Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The delivery period begins on the day after you instruct your bank to make the transfer where payment is made in advance, and on the day after conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods.

If an item is unavailable and we are therefore unable to accept your order, we will inform you without undue delay in text form. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately in this case.

Shipment and carriage

Wherever possible you will receive your order in a single consignment, unless your order contains items that have to be packaged separately, transported differently or are only available at a later date. This does not put you at any disadvantage: we cover the additional postage and packaging costs.

Small quantity surcharge

For a cart value below EUR 100.00 we charge a small quantity surcharge of EUR 15.00 including VAT. The gross cart value is decisive. The surcharge is shown as a separate item in the order summary before you submit your order.

Customs duties and import charges for deliveries to Norway

Norway is not a member of the European Union. For deliveries there, customs duties, import VAT and other charges as well as handling fees levied by the transport company or the customs authorities may be incurred in addition to the purchase price. These costs are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping costs and are charged to you directly. We recommend that you obtain information from the competent Norwegian authorities about the costs to be expected before placing your order.

Returns

For returns from Germany we bear the direct cost of returning the goods and provide you with a free return label. For returns from the other delivery countries you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Retention of title

Delivery is subject to retention of title. Details are set out in § 10 of our General Terms and Conditions.

Payment methods

1. PayPal

When paying by PayPal you settle your order directly during the ordering process. As soon as the amount has reached our PayPal account and been confirmed, we process your order. PayPal payments are generally credited considerably faster than a bank transfer.

2. Credit card

When paying by credit card you likewise settle your order directly during the ordering process. You enter your card details directly with the payment service provider; we neither receive nor store complete card data.

3. Payment in advance

When paying in advance you transfer the invoice amount to the account stated in the order confirmation before dispatch. We ship your order once payment has been received. We reserve the items ordered for you for 20 calendar days. If the amount does not reach us within this period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

When making the transfer, please state your order number and your first and last name as the payment reference so that we can allocate your payment.

4. Purchase on account

When purchasing on account, you pay the invoice amount without deduction within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

This payment method is available exclusively for deliveries within Germany and requires that a credit assessment does not produce a negative result. We reserve the right not to offer purchase on account in individual cases and to refer you to one of the other payment methods instead. Late payment

In the event of late payment we are entitled to charge default interest. Details are set out in § 6 of our General Terms and Conditions.
