Plug-in Shelving System Made of Stainless Steel The stainless steel shelves are delivered as a shelving system consisting of starter, continuation, and corner continuation shelves.The shelf uprights are made of stainless steel square tubing (1.4301) with dimensions of 30 x 30 mm and a standard height of 1,800 mm. The crossbars are made of stainless steel square tubing (1.4301) with dimensions of 50 x 20 x 1.5 mm. They are welded on the long side and executed without heat tint from welding. To compensate for uneven floors, the shelf uprights are equipped with height-adjustable feet. The shelves, available in smooth or perforated versions, are made of 1 mm thick stainless steel sheet (1.4301). They are hung on welded studs with a diameter of 8 mm and are height-adjustable in increments of 140 mm. On the longitudinal sides, they are bent 40 mm and folded inward. The starter shelf consists of two shelf uprights and four shelves. To increase stability, the shelf posts have a diagonal brace on the rear side. The continuation shelf and the corner continuation shelf consist of one shelf upright and four shelves or corner shelves, respectively. When ordering, the exact number of shelves and their version (smooth or perforated) must be specified. On customer request, the system can be supplied at short notice. The load capacity per shelf with evenly distributed load is:- For shelf lengths from 500 to 1,000 mm: 150 kg- For shelf lengths from 1,100 to 1,500 mm: 100 kg- The maximum bay load is 600 kg. Custom manufacturing and special dimensions, e.g. for exact fitting measurements for niches, are possible. The shelf uprights are made of stainless steel square tubing (1.4301) with dimensions of 30 x 30 mm and a standard height of 1,800 mm. Depths: 40 cm, 50 cm, and 60 cm Widths: 50 cm, 60 cm, 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm, 100 cm / 1 m, 110 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm, 150 cm (continuation and corner continuation shelves are each 3 cm less)
Steel Coil Support
The robust steel construction of the coil rack must be fixed to the hall floor, making it ideal for setting up long-term storage areas. The high-quality coils are protected by impact guards on the support surfaces. Compared to other chemical materials, secutex is extremely abrasion- and tear-resistant. Coated locking rods are optionally available. Loading with a forklift must be checked by the customer due to the greater width of the coil support.
