Information on the right of withdrawal

Our online shop is aimed exclusively at businesses, companies and public authorities (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law). We do not conclude contracts with consumers.

There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns of goods free of defects are only possible by prior agreement with our customer service. Details are set out in § 11 of our General Terms and Conditions.
