Antistatic Spill Containment Tray
Antistatic Folding Tray, designed for collecting, transporting, or short-term storage of hazardous substances as well as petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, machine oil, and hydraulic oil, etc. Made from special antistatic film, which due to its conductivity is suitable for use in environments with increased explosion hazards. Advantages of the folding tray: Rapid readiness for use even in hard-to-reach areas Flexible construction Easy handling thanks to integrated handles Simple operation of the tray lock with double locking mechanism Can be stored space-saving (e.g., also in a truck or fire engine) The trays are made from special PES/PVC material with high conductivity (the electrical resistance is less than 10⁹ Ω). The components used are made from non-sparking materials. Both the tray and the components are antistatic and specifically designed for rooms with increased explosion hazards. Reinforcements are welded into the tray sidewalls for shape stability. Operating temperature range of the tray: from -10 °C to +70 °C. The carrying bag is part of the product. As an accessory, we also offer an antistatic groundsheet under the tray bottom. Product variants (see images) The trays are available in various sizes. Straight parts/sections can be connected to each other or combined with corners to create a complete containment solution. The straight parts can be cut to size with a knife/cutter. The PVC-coated fabric resists oils, gasoline, acids, and other liquids. Highly visible due to the yellow color. For a liquid-tight seal, a semi-permanent installation on the floor using polyether-based adhesive is possible. The flexible foam inserts are break-resistant and return to their original shape after being walked on or used by trolleys. Operating temperature range of the tray: -30 °C to +70 °C. The tub comes standard with two access ramps (outer and inner), a fiber composite base sheet, and a protective mat made of robust PVC. If the tub is to be used for cleaning tracked vehicles, special wooden access ramps must be used instead. Especially suitable for mobile use as a preventative measure against the release of hazardous substances into the soil or groundwater.
