Anti-Vibration Mats
Anti-vibration materials and rubber vibration dampers for mechanical engineering, construction, energy generation, and measuring instruments High-performance anti-vibration materials and pads for construction, mechanical engineering, and the energy generation industry are offered. The range includes bridge bearing plates and pads, isolation pads, neoprene platform pads, and machine vibration damping pads that comply with international standards and have been used in projects worldwide. Isolation pads are a unique product designed to reduce the transmission of airborne noise and ground-borne vibrations in small and large power generation and distribution projects. Isolation pads reduce noise levels by absorbing vibrations and help to decrease the amplification of audible sound through the housing. Since the pads are installed without screws or fasteners, there is no risk of these becoming a source of noise generation. They are resistant to degradation from transformer oil and are also available in a low-temperature formulation. The bridge bearing material is supplied as sheets, pads, and strips, with or without metal reinforcement or with a PTFE coating for use as sliding bearings. This material and related products are used throughout the construction industry for roads, buildings, and bridges to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, shear movement, compressive loading, and vibration isolation at critical load points. For vibration damping in the mechanical engineering industry, on equipment such as compressors, hydraulic presses, and similar machines, we offer smooth and ribbed molded pads that isolate equipment from the floor and effectively absorb vibrations to stop movement and reduce noise emission. These pads are quickly installed and can easily be moved with the equipment. Typical applications for anti-vibration mats/pads: engines, pumps, generators, air conditioning, coolers, machine workshops, boilers, compressors, structural e.g., in bridge bearings, transport, transformers, laboratory equipment, computer equipment Furthermore, we offer anti-vibration solutions for particularly sensitive measuring instruments, such as precision or laboratory scales, mass spectrometers, microscopes, roughness testers, and Coriolis mass flow meters. Anti-Vibration Pads for Transformers
Vibration damping plates for transformers Vibration damping plates are available in various hardness grades and are designed for the specific frequency of the transformer. The plates are placed under the transformer's rollers and absorb vibrations before they can be transmitted to the ground. Made of nitrile rubber, the plates are resistant to almost all types of oil, including transformer oil . They are a cost-effective solution for reducing vibrations in transformer substations. Transformers can radiate vibrations through their metal casings, which are transmitted to the immediate surroundings. These vibrations can lead to an increase in noise pollution, which in turn can cause disturbances in the environment. Our anti-vibration pads can reduce this disturbance. Our anti-vibration systems are available in various degrees of hardness, each with specific frequencies and absorption capacities. Two specific hardness grades are particularly suitable for insulating the safety container from the ground and for insulating the wheels of transformers that are installed on beams or on the floor of our containers. The plates, made from nitrile rubber, are resistant to almost all oils used in the transformer industry. Note: The anti-vibration plates supplied may differ from the image shown. This does not affect their function.

Insulation Mat
Vibration-damping insulating mat Material: Chloroprene (CR) Color: Gray Available material thicknesses: 0.5 mm to 60.0 mm Hardness range: 25°–90° Shore A Insulating mat approved for working under live electrical current (certified according to IEC 61111:2009) Insulation mats are suitable, among other things, for vibration damping of machine tools, lathes, measuring instruments, generators, transformers, printing presses, sawing machines, cutting machines, injection molding machines, packaging machines, air conditioning and refrigeration compressors, fans, presses, punches and mills. Alternatively, we also offer a VDE 0303 tested insulating mat made of rubber up to 50 kV.
Microcell Anti-Vibration Mat
Microcellular Anti-Vibration Mat Suitable Even for the Heaviest Loads, a True High-Tech Product The foamed, closed-cell structure ensures exceptionally high elasticity and high resistance to many chemical substances. "Microcellular plastic, also known as microcellular foam, is a type of manufactured plastic containing billions of tiny bubbles less than 50 micrometers wide (typically 0.1-100 micrometers)." (Source: Wikipedia) Under load, the EPDM material functions within its own structure due to its pore configuration and deforms minimally. Another advantage of the material lies in its excellent temperature, aging, and weather resistance. The vulcanized surface skin visible on the exterior protects the highly elastic bearings against mechanical effects at the surface. An adjustable spring stiffness defined according to customer requirements via the foam density in pore structure and pore count in closed-cell foam version is always possible. Material: Closed-cell foamed, microcellular EPDM elastomers Properties: Elastic, vibration-damping, UV-, ozone-, weather- and hydrolysis-resistant. Do not use with mineral oils, machine oil, or gasoline. Insulation from vibrations and structure-borne noise High load capacity with tailored elasticity Long service life Elastomers with a stiffness of 5 - 200 kN/mm, depending on the application High temperature resistance Effective resistance to hydrolysis (water, aqueous solutions with alkalis, deicing salts, acids, detergents)

Support Blocks
Transformer support blocks: Perfect for the safe storage of transformers Transformers are sensitive and often heavy devices that can be damaged by vibrations and contact with the ground. Our transformer support blocks ensure stable mounting and minimize mechanical stress. This increases the lifespan of the transformers and significantly improves operational reliability. Versatile applications of support blocks Support for heavy machinery and equipment: Stackable support blocks serve as a secure base for positioning and fixing industrial machines, presses, aggregates and production facilities. Transformer mounting: Especially in electrical engineering, support blocks are indispensable for the installation and secure positioning of transformers. They protect the sensitive equipment from vibrations, prevent contact with the ground, and facilitate transport and maintenance. Control cabinet and plant construction: As a base for control cabinets, distribution boxes and electrical assemblies, our support blocks guarantee an even load distribution and protect electrical components from moisture and mechanical influences. Component assembly and tool storage: They are ideally suited for the temporary or permanent storage of components, tools and materials, especially during assembly work. Storage within spill containment trays: Support blocks enable the safe and stable storage of transformers, machines, components, or sensitive equipment within spill containment trays.
