cut-resistant gloves
Product information "cut-resistant gloves"
This cut-resistant glove meets the strict standards for protective gloves, providing you with safety and comfort at work. According to EN 420:2003+A1:2009, it fulfills the general requirements for protective gloves. Additionally, it complies with the requirements of standard EN 388:2016 for mechanical risks and EN 407:2004 for thermal risks. Available in sizes 6 to 11, we offer a tailored solution for every need.
The performance levels of the glove according to EN 388:2016 are impressive. It offers high abrasion resistance (Level 4), excellent cut resistance (Level 5), strong tear resistance (Level 4), and reliable puncture resistance (Level 1). Regarding thermal risks, the glove meets the requirements of Class 1 for contact heat according to EN 407:2004.
Our product is carefully packaged to ensure its quality. Each pair of gloves is labeled on the cuff with basic information about EU conformity and the general requirements for gloves. Ten pairs are packaged together with the manufacturer's information in German in a PE bag. For larger orders of 100 pairs, we use a sturdy carton weighing 15 kg.
The usage instructions for the knitted work glove provide clear guidance for use in various work environments. It offers reliable protection against scratches, abrasions, and cuts. Please note that the glove must not exceed the specified value for contact heat according to EN 407:2004 Class 1. In case of damage or excessive contamination, the gloves lose their protective properties. Do not use the glove in situations where there is a risk of it becoming caught in moving parts of machines.
To ensure the longevity of the glove, we recommend regular maintenance according to our instructions. You can wash the glove at 60 °C and dry it in a tumble dryer on a basic program. Ensure the glove is stored dry and contaminated items are disposed of properly.
Available sizes of the cut-resistant gloves: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11
