The reservoir is designed for a wide temperature range from -30°C to +70°C. This means the cisterns can be used reliably in extreme sub-zero temperatures down to -30°C as well as in hot summer temperatures. Even in freezing conditions, the water inside the fire-fighting cistern remains liquid and ready for use. There are three connection options for the foldable fire water storage tank: Mobile, above-ground version for direct extraction with suction connection / shut-off valve for mobile collapsible tank with Storz A coupling (e.g. for temporary use or the risk of forest fires in summer) – with an additional optional heat-insulating valve heat protection sleeve that prevents the outlet valve from freezing at moderate sub-zero temperatures.
