Industrial heating blanket, insulated, adjustable 0–90 °C
Flexible, insulated heating blanket for uniform heating and curing of components – ideal for composite, carbon and epoxy prepreg applications and for wind turbine blade repairs.
Features
- Robust, lightweight nylon fabric with approx. 7–8 mm polyester insulation
- PTFE-insulated heating wire, earthed heating system, safety thermostat
- Control via adjustable digital controller, temperature sensor or fixed bimetal limiter
- Several blankets can be combined for large areas
- 3 m power cable; optionally with Schuko, CEE, UK or US plug; fastening loops or buckles optional
