Chemical storage cabinet for IBCs – protected storage with dispensing space
This chemical storage cabinet gives one 1,000 l intermediate bulk container a lockable, weather-protected place outdoors. Beneath the galvanised grating there is an integrated sump of at least 1,000 l that can contain the full contents in the event of a leak. Between the IBC and the sump there is room for dispensing into cans or small containers. Seven versions cover different requirements for surface finish, height and thermal insulation.
Features
- Integrated sump of at least 1,000 l, leak-tested; welds to UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 (according to the manufacturer); check the water-protection approval and conformity documents for the specific version before use
- IBC stands on hot-dip galvanised grating with dispensing level below
- Lockable hinged door, security lock depending on version
- Finishes: powder-coated orange, hot-dip galvanised, galvanised with blue sump or trapezoidal sheet with RAL 9006 sump
- Insulated version with 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels for frost-sensitive substances
- Forklift pockets for relocating the cabinet
- For acids and alkalis: special coating or PP lining of the sump on request
