Services
A camera inspection makes the condition of accessible sewers visible. Cracks, displaced joints, obstacles and defective connections are located and documented – an important basis for assessing the condition and planning further measures. Where technically possible, pipe location adds the routing.
Suitable for: condition surveys on industrial sites, recurring drainage problems and preparing pipe rehabilitation.
Request inspection
Deposits, grease, encrustation and debris reduce the cross-section. Cleaning adapted to pipe material, contamination and access – hydrodynamic or mechanical – can remove deposits, improve or restore the flow and prepare inspection and rehabilitation.
Suitable for: drainage pipes in industrial and commercial premises and municipal properties, including handling of residues and operating constraints.
Request cleaning
Hardened deposits, protruding connections or root intrusion require mechanical work inside the pipe. Milling tools and chain cutters are selected to suit the inspected pipe condition.
Suitable for: preparing lining works and removing obstacles. With root intrusion, the entry point is also checked for repair.
Request milling
A liner impregnated with resin is installed in the cleaned pipe and cured. Under suitable conditions, a professionally installed and tested liner forms a new, tight pipe lining – usually without a continuous trench. Particularly interesting where excavation would seriously disrupt operations.
Suitable for: section-by-section renovation of sewers. Whether trenchless rehabilitation is possible depends on geometry, host pipe condition, access and use.
Request CIPP lining
Single cracks, holes or leaking joints can often be repaired locally: a resin-impregnated laminate is positioned on a packer at the damage and cured – without renovating the whole pipe.
Suitable for: individual suitable defects. CCTV inspection and expert assessment decide whether a local repair is sufficient.
Request short liner
Lateral connections are typical weak points. A hat profile seals the connection from the inside – matched to the main pipe, angle and diameter of the lateral.
Suitable for: defective connections in existing sewers, also after lining of the main pipe.
Request lateral repair
Under suitable conditions, drain and stack pipes in commercial and administrative buildings can be rehabilitated from the inside – reducing work on walls, floors and occupied rooms and interruptions of use.
Suitable for: stacks and drain pipes in commercial properties and municipal buildings. Routing, branches and material are checked in advance.
Request in-building rehabilitation
Leaking joints, cracks, infiltration and corrosion weaken manholes. Depending on findings, leaks are sealed, cracks injected and surfaces restored – e.g. by wet spraying.
Suitable for: manholes on industrial sites and in municipal networks. Substrate, moisture and exposure determine the concept.
Request manhole rehabilitation
Damaged mineral surfaces are reprofiled with suitable mortars after substrate preparation. Protective coatings are matched to the chemical and mechanical exposure.
Suitable for: manholes, structures and basins in wastewater engineering. Compatibility and suitability are checked for each project.
