Assembly of the Concrete Base for Pipe Posts of Road Signs
Place the concrete block into the designated excavated hole. Ensure that the integrated sleeve is positioned precisely vertically.
Fill the remaining gaps between the concrete block and the surroundings with the excavated material or other suitable filler, then compact gradually to create a firm connection.
If necessary, use the internal hexagon screw to open the locking mechanism of the integrated sleeve. Insert the sign post into the sleeve and secure the system using the internal hexagon screw.
By turning the screw, the clamping block is pulled upwards and secures the post. Check the vertical alignment of the post using a spirit level or similar tool and adjust the alignment if required.
