Corner protector profile yellow/black – flexible edge protection
DANCOP corner protection profiles are flexible edge protectors made of polyurethane foam with a yellow/black striped PU film. They cushion impacts on machine, racking and wall edges, reduce head and hand injuries and clearly mark hazard points. The profiles are available in cross-sections type A, E, H, H+ and Y, self-adhesive or magnetic.

- Light- and weather-resistant adhesive, adhesive strength 21 N/25 mm
- Temperature range -40 °C to +100 °C

- Shore A hardness approx. 40 (type E, H) or approx. 45 (type A)
- Lengths 1 m, 5 m and 50 m roll; type A, E, H also magnetic (1 m)

Installation
Self-adhesive profiles are applied to a clean, dry and grease-free surface; an application temperature of 15–20 °C is specified for type H. Magnetic versions adhere to steel surfaces without tools and can be repositioned. The profiles can be cut to length with a knife. See the data sheet for application notes.
