Drum heater – drum heating jacket for 10 to 220 l with digital controller up to 90 °C
The drum heater (heating jacket) is wrapped around the drum and secured with buckles. It keeps drum contents frost-free, lowers the viscosity of oils, greases, resins and honey and brings media to filling temperature. A 0–40 °C version is available for plastic drums.
Features
- Insulated heating jacket with polyester insulation, silicone-coated heating side
- Digital controller 0–90 °C with timer and soft start (0–40 °C for plastic drums)
- Quick-release buckles, fits many drum diameters
- Can be combined with insulated lid and drum base heater
- Internal thermal fuse, protection class II
Typical applications
- Lowering the viscosity of oils, greases, resins and adhesives
- Frost protection for drums stored outdoors
- Preheating honey, food and cosmetic raw materials
