The Ergomat Nitril ESD/Conductive is a special ergonomic mat developed for industries where static control and chemical resistance are equally important. It is made of 100% pure nitrile rubber and combines anti-fatigue properties with certified conductive properties to protect sensitive electronics, instruments and explosives.
The Nitril ESD/Conductive is resistant to oils, chemicals and heat, ISO Class 5 cleanroom certified, autoclavable in selected sizes and withstands a pressure of up to 1,500 PSI. It also withstands extreme temperatures from -40°C (-40 °F) to 90°C (195 °F), making it one of the most versatile mats on the market.
The Nitril ESD/Conductive provides safe, ergonomic standing comfort while protecting valuable equipment and processes from electrostatic discharge.
The Ergomat Nitril ESD mat also complies with the ANSI/ESD STM7.1 and IEC 61340-4-1 standards and is suitable for use in ESD protected areas (EPA).
