A truly excellent material for fire protection, thermal insulation, and noise protection: Not only highly temperature-resistant and very well temperature-insulating, but also very sound-absorbing and very flexible to install.
Other special fire protection solutions available on request.
For example, high-temperature insulation boards, high-temperature insulation foam, fleeces, high-temperature insulating wool, furnace insulation materials and thermal insulation molded parts as well as textiles, ropes and cords made of high-temperature insulating wool.
Fire protection for ships: By reducing weight, designers and owners can reduce the weight of the structures, thereby increasing ship speed, saving fuel, and increasing cargo capacity.
The fire protection mats are used to insulate bulkheads and decks on passenger ships and ferries, cruise ships, commercial and naval vessels as well as offshore oil platforms. The systems have been tested and comply with the requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard, now defined under IMO Res.A.754(18).

- Aluminum bulkheads and decks, including extruded thin plates (min. 2 mm thick)

- Approval by the U.S. Coast Guard for steel and aluminum structures
- Meets SOLAS safety requirements and the IMO FTP Code fire test requirements; Res.A.754(18)
- Fire protection compartmentation for high-speed craft (HSC); Res. MSC.45(65)
- ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) certification for steel and aluminum structures
- Fire protection structural insulation for bulkheads and decks
- Significant weight savings compared to mineral wool systems
- The flexible mat is easy to cut and install
