Stationary Indoor Soundproof Wall Elements: Non-combustible with Excellent Sound Absorption
External dimensions (width x height): 200 cm x 200 cm, 200 x 230 cm, 250 cm x 250 cm, 300 x 230 cm (=standard size) or 300 cm x 250 cm, other sizes available on request (maximum possible height of 270 cm / 2.7 m and a maximum possible length of 400 cm / 4 m)
With a construction height of 230 cm, exactly two noise protection panels fit stacked one above the other at the same height, which looks visually more pleasing.
The mobile soundproof walls are optimized for placement in a row – if you plan a corner setup, please contact us as the wheels will be arranged differently during production.
Color: Powder-coated in gray-white (=RAL 9002, wide color range available on request)
The fixed soundproof walls are designed for indoor installation in a hall / industrial environment or alternatively in an office. Freestanding walls for shielding workstations, reducing noise at noise sources, and improving permanent noise sources. The element has a non-combustible insulation core as well as a special acoustic perforation and is intended exclusively for indoor use.
Material: Biosoluble stone wool board with fire classification A2, "non-combustible",
despite perforated surface design, high rigidity is ensured,
factory-installed sealing tape.
Panel thickness: 60 mm, 80 mm or 100 mm > Rated sound insulation value: 30, 34 or 36 dB (up to 43 dB maximum available on request), one-sided sound absorbing
Fire classification: A2 according to DIN 4102
Suitable screws for floor fixation are included in the scope of delivery. Alternative M10 heavy-duty anchors are not included.
Assembly: Soundproof wall is delivered fully assembled on pallets.
