Ideal for marking stairs and escape routes
New requirement from ASR A1.3 of July 2017: "If emergency lighting is not available, the visibility of the necessary rescue and fire protection signs on escape routes must be ensured by using photoluminescent materials even in the event of a power failure."
General lighting must be maintained for the duration of the evacuation to a safe area. Sufficient activation of the long-lasting photoluminescent products must be ensured. (Source: ASR A1.3 "Safety and Health Protection Signage" - Amendments July 2017 )
