The special workplace mat specifically for the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as for the frozen food sector.
A food-grade work mat for dry and wet industrial, hygiene, and laboratory areas. The design ensures easy cleaning . This mat is characterized by good ergonomic properties combined with chemical resistance. It can be autoclaved and has excellent antibacterial cleaning capabilities. Available in four colors for easy identification and to prevent cross-contamination. ISO cleanroom class 2 (100).
Colors: Green, grey, blue and red (These make it possible to divide zones according to a color concept in order to prevent cross-contamination.)

- Hygienic mat EPDM">Custom-made in any shape and size upon request
- With a flattened step edge on each side
- Temperature range: -40°C – 120°C, meaning it can also be used in deep-freeze applications.
- Suitable for ISO cleanroom class 5 (class 100)
- Standard size 60x90cm or multiples thereof, e.g. 120 x 180 cm
- High-pressure cleaning up to 1500 PSI
- Autoclavable: Only in the 60 x 90 cm size. The mat can be autoclaved in most machines.
- pH resistant between 2-13
- Punchable holes for liquid and air flow (optional)
- Silicone-free and latex-free
- 3-year warranty (with proper use, not including wear and tear)
