IBC heater – IBC heating jacket for 300, 640 and 1000 l with digital controller
The IBC heater wraps around the container like a jacket and keeps the contents frost-free or at processing temperature – ideal for oils, resins, adhesives, paints, waxes and viscous liquids. Up to three heating zones with individual digital controllers ensure even heat.
Features
- Rugged outer fabric (Cordura/nylon), heating side of silicone-coated glass fabric, 8 mm insulation
- Digital controller with set point, timer and soft start; versions 0–40 °C or 0–90 °C
- Two or three heating bands, each with its own controller (1000 l and 640 l versions)
- Internal thermal fuse, protection class II, IP40 (controller optionally IP54)
- Insulated lid with flap available separately; food and pharma version (FDA material) on request

- Frost protection for IBC containers outdoors and in unheated warehouses
- Viscosity control of oils, resins, adhesives and paints
- Preheating chemicals before processing
