Features of the Laundry Trolley:

• Material: The laundry trolley is made of new high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is flexible, non-deformable, lightweight, scratch- and abrasion-resistant.

• Perforation: Optionally, the trolley can be perforated / drilled to allow quick drying of towels and sheets as well as efficient heat dissipation.

• Reinforcement: The profiles are made of high-quality aluminum to strengthen the overall structure and can be protected with colored rubber bumpers.

• Wheels: The wheels are available in different sizes (from Ø 80 mm to 150 mm) and can be positioned as needed. Wheels with special properties for specific requirements are also available optionally.

1. Wheels:

A) Light blue nylon-polyurethane wheels: Agile, durable, and versatile

Our nylon-polyurethane wheels offer the optimal compromise between maneuverability and abrasion resistance, making them ideal for internal transportation of materials using trolleys in various industrial environments.

Diameter (in mm): Ø80, Ø100, Ø125, and Ø150.

B) Gray rubber wheels with individual characteristics:

This type of wheel is particularly used in facilities where noise and floor marks should be avoided. Examples include hospitals, nursing homes, and offices. Due to their special composition, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Diameter of gray rubber wheels (in mm): Ø100, Ø125 and Ø150

2. Colored Rubber Bumpers:

Optional rubber bumpers in various colors (neon yellow, pink, green, neon orange, light blue, and blue) serve as impact protection and additionally for color coding.

3. Handles:

• Optional foldable handle made of untreated HDPE in natural color.
• Recessed handles available on request.

4. Lid:

Closed laundry trolley: An optional plastic lid with aluminum profiles protects the contents from external damage and dust. With secure covering, they are ideal for transporting dirty laundry, cleaning agents, or sensitive materials.

5. Spring Mechanism

Spring mechanism available optionally for 20 kg, 30 kg, or 60 kg (other weights adjustable upon request). This ergonomically improves access to laundry or goods, reducing the need for employees to bend down.
