Thermoplastic Signage and Road Markings - Durable and Easy to Install

Effortless marking: indoors and outdoors

• White reflective (other colors, e.g. yellow, available on request)
• Only one person and a gas burner are required for installation.
• The markings adhere to all common surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, tar, composite paving stones, tiles. They can be driven over after just 30 minutes.
• Lasts 5 times longer than road marking paint.
• Optimal adhesion on critical substrates is achieved by using a primer.

Application Instructions for Thermoplastic Road Markings:

• Carefully place foil elements on a dry, dust- and grease-free substrate
• Align and mark the material on the ground. Activate the gas burner.
• Heat the marking foil from the center to the edges continuously moving the flame (distance approx. 15 cm) until the material melts completely (bubble formation).
• Joints between elements should be less than 5 mm.
• For long-term, optimal adhesion, we recommend using a primer (accessory).
• For cold weather or moisture: prepare the substrate with a gas burner
• Fragments (e.g. from transport) can be easily reintegrated by the melting process.

If the marking is to be applied on old asphalt, concrete, tiles, pavers, or old markings, the use of a primer (see accessories below) is highly recommended. The primer can be applied with a brush, roller, or broom. Wait until the primer is dry before installing.
