Temporary or Permanent Soundproof Walls for Outdoors and Indoors

The cladding of the scaffold surface serves to insulate and absorb airborne sound. The elements are suitable as temporary and permanent soundproof walls for outdoors and indoors. The system can also be used as a dust protection wall and privacy screen. The supporting structure is either provided by the customer or consists of modular scaffolding. For installation on scaffolding systems, two equipment variants are suitable. The first variant is equipped with eyelets (diameter 16 mm). These are arranged around the entire circumference in a fastening edge at intervals of approximately 30 cm. The load capacity per eyelet is approx. 1 kN. The eyelets are used to fasten the elements to the scaffold poles with cable ties or similarly suitable aids. The second variant is fastened to the scaffold poles using buckle straps. The straps are mounted on the face layer. The load capacity of a buckle strap is approx. 1 kN when the locking mechanism is tightened by hand.

Effective Noise Protection Indoors and Outdoors: Efficient Protection from Noise-Intensive Machines and Other Disturbances

The low surface weight of the soundproofing system enables individual noise control both in production and administrative areas. Customer-specific solutions and measures are developed to protect affected persons from noise and maintain productivity. The comprehensive sound protection includes reducing sound transmission inside the building and minimizing sound transmission to the outside. Both temporary and permanent noise sources can be acoustically encapsulated. For fastening the system, clamping strips, bayonet locks, or rollers on rails are used. To acoustically separate workplaces, the soundproofing elements can be mounted, for example, as a curtain system, a noise protection cabin, or on a support frame.
