Polymer impact barrier d-flexx KILO – tested with reach trucks
The DANCOP d-flexx KILO is a polymer impact barrier made of polyethylene with a tube diameter of 200 mm and a height of 1,200 mm. It yields on impact and returns to its original shape and was tested to PAS 13:2017 with a reach truck of 3,560 kg at 5.4 km/h. The family covers widths of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 mm.

Installation
The barrier is supplied fully pre-assembled and is anchored to a paved floor such as concrete through the base plates using the M12 × 80 mm concrete screws supplied (2,000 mm version: 8 holes, base plate spacing 1,268 mm). Allow for the deflection of up to 250 mm towards the protected object when planning. See the installation instructions for details.
