d-flexx CHARLIE – polymer impact protection with single tube
The DANCOP d-flexx CHARLIE is a polyethylene traffic barrier with a continuous Ø 160 mm tube on 500 mm high posts. It protects walls, doors, equipment and racks against forklift impact and is TÜV GS certified to PAS 13:2017. Starter and extension sets allow the run to be built to the required length.

Installation
The posts are bolted to a solid floor such as concrete; M12 × 80 mm concrete screws are included (4 fixing holes per base plate). The tube is inserted into the posts and screwed in place. Supplied fully pre-assembled. A mobile sliding plate for 200 mm posts is available for a relocatable set-up (DFVB-SP-2). Technical data for items without dimensions are available on request or in the data sheet. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
