d-flexx DELTA safety barrier with 3 beams – polymer impact protection
The DANCOP d-flexx DELTA safety barrier is a modular polyethylene impact protection system with three Ø 63 mm beams and Ø 110 x 1,200 mm posts. It separates walkways, workstations and equipment from pallet truck routes. Besides end, middle, T and cross posts, corner posts in several angles and starter and extension sets for straight runs and 90° corners are available.

- Test values depending on component: 3,150 kg at 5 km/h (≈ 3.0 kJ) or 3,150 kg at 4.6 km/h (≈ 2.6 kJ) or 2,000 kg at 5.7 km/h (≈ 2.5 kJ)
- Tested to PAS 13:2017, ch. 7/7.8 (test vehicle: low-lift pallet truck)
- The polyethylene yields on impact and returns to its original shape; max. deflection 250 mm at permissible load
- For indoor and outdoor use, -40 °C to +50 °C; high chemical resistance to ISO/TR 10358
- 5-year warranty, material 100% recyclable

Installation
The posts are bolted to a solid floor such as concrete; M10 × 70 mm concrete screws are included (4 fixing holes per base plate). The beams are inserted into the posts and screwed in place. Supplied partly disassembled. Mobile sliding plates for Ø 110 mm posts are available for a relocatable set-up (DFFS-SP-2). Technical data for items without dimensions are available on request or in the data sheet. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
