d-flexx ECHO safety barrier with Ø 160 mm tube for forklift traffic
The DANCOP d-flexx ECHO is a 1,200 mm high polyethylene safety barrier for areas with forklift traffic. The beam set combines three Ø 63 mm beams with one Ø 160 mm tube, separating traffic routes from walkways and equipment. Besides end and middle posts, the family includes posts for junctions and corners plus starter and extension sets.

- The polyethylene yields on impact and returns to its original shape; max. deflection 250 mm at permissible load
- For indoor and outdoor use, -40 °C to +50 °C; high chemical resistance to ISO/TR 10358
- 5-year warranty, material 100% recyclable

Installation
The posts are bolted to a solid floor such as concrete; M12 × 80 mm concrete screws are included (4 fixing holes per base plate). The beams are inserted into the posts and screwed in place. Supplied partly disassembled. Technical data for items without dimensions are available on request or in the data sheet. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
