d-flexx FOXTROT safety barrier – pre-assembled fixed unit
The DANCOP d-flexx FOXTROT safety barrier is supplied as a fixed, fully pre-assembled polyethylene unit. The units are 1,200 mm high, available in widths of 1,004 mm, 1,504 mm and 2,004 mm, and stand on two base plates. This makes the barrier suitable for short sections where walkways, workstations or equipment need to be separated from pallet truck traffic.

- Three widths: 1,004 mm, 1,504 mm and 2,004 mm, height 1,200 mm
- Test values depending on component: 2,000 kg at 3.6 km/h (≈ 1.0 kJ) or 3,150 kg at 3.6 km/h (≈ 1.6 kJ)
- Tested to PAS 13:2017, ch. 7/7.8 (test vehicle: low-lift pallet truck)
- The polyethylene yields on impact and returns to its original shape; max. deflection 250 mm at permissible load
- For indoor and outdoor use, -40 °C to +50 °C (DFFS-FU1: -15 °C to +40 °C); high chemical resistance to ISO/TR 10358
- 5-year warranty, material 100% recyclable

Installation
The posts are bolted to a solid floor such as concrete; M10 × 70 mm concrete screws are included (8 fixing holes per unit). Supplied fully pre-assembled. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
