d-flexx LIMA safety barrier with high beam for forklift traffic
The DANCOP d-flexx LIMA safety barrier is a modular polyethylene impact protection system for areas with forklift traffic. The beam sets combine Ø 63 mm and Ø 160 mm tubes, and the posts are 1,200 mm or 1,240 mm high. End, middle, T, cross and corner posts plus starter and extension sets allow straight runs, junctions and corners.

- The polyethylene yields on impact and returns to its original shape; max. deflection 250 mm at permissible load
- For indoor and outdoor use, -40 °C to +50 °C; high chemical resistance to ISO/TR 10358
- 5-year warranty, material 100% recyclable

Installation
The posts are bolted to a solid floor such as concrete; M12 × 80 mm concrete screws are included (4 fixing holes per base plate). The beams are inserted into the posts and screwed in place. Supplied partly disassembled or disassembled, depending on the item. Technical data for items without dimensions are available on request or in the data sheet. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
