Modular steel safety barrier for warehouses and production areas
This modular steel safety barrier is an impact protection system made of beams, posts, wall brackets and handrail for separating traffic routes, walkways, machinery and building elements from forklift traffic. Beams and posts are TÜV certified and comply with DGUV 208-061. With beam lengths from 500 to 2,000 mm and several post types, straight runs, corners and wall connections can be planned.

- Steel beam profile 80 x 140 mm, wall thickness 3 mm, 7 lengths from 500 to 2,000 mm
- Posts in 1,000 mm and 500 mm height as single, end, intermediate, corner and changeover posts
- Two finishes: galvanised + powder-coated for indoor and outdoor use, or powder-coated for indoor use
- Traffic yellow, similar to RAL 1023; Ø48 handrail system with black warning marking
- Beams and posts TÜV certified, type-tested, compliant with DGUV 208-061
- Wall brackets for connecting beams to walls; bracket version with bonded protective strip
- All parts supplied pre-assembled

Installation
The posts are anchored to the floor through the base plate; post fixings are not included and must be selected to suit the substrate. Beams are bolted to the posts, with the fixings supplied. Wall brackets are anchored to the wall, and the Ø48 handrail slots into place; the FIX 1 floor anchor is available for the handrail posts. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.
