Steel safety bollard – impact protection for bolting down or casting in
The DANCOP steel bollard is impact protection made of galvanised and powder-coated steel tube for indoor and outdoor use. It protects building corners, doors, charging stations, pipework and machinery at specific points from collisions with forklifts and vehicles. The bollards are available for bolting down with a base plate (Ø 76, 89, 159 and 273 mm, height 1,200 mm) or for casting into concrete (height 1,600 mm, of which 400 mm below ground).

- Galvanised and powder-coated steel tube, suitable for indoor and outdoor use
- Diameters 76, 89, 159 and 273 mm; wall thickness 3 to 6.3 mm depending on version
- Traffic yellow (similar to RAL 1023) with black warning marking
- Bolt-down version: height 1,200 mm, 6 mm steel base plate with 4 holes Ø 12.5 mm
- Cast-in version: total length 1,600 mm, 400 mm below ground
- TÜV certified, compliant with DGUV 208-061, type-tested
- Accessories: drive-in ground sleeve for unpaved ground and mounting plate

Installation
Bolt-down bollards are fixed to load-bearing concrete through 4 holes of Ø 12.5 mm in the base plate; fixings are not included, the floor anchor set FIX 4 is suitable. Cast-in bollards are set 400 mm deep into a concrete foundation. The galvanised drive-in ground sleeve 10-00 (Ø 50 mm, 700 mm long, 500 mm below ground) is intended for unpaved ground; the mounting plate 30-00 (230 × 210 × 10 mm, 4 fixing holes) is bolted down on paved floors. All parts are supplied pre-assembled. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions.
