Surface protection profile yellow/black – wall and impact protection
DANCOP surface protection profiles are flat wall and impact protection profiles made of polyurethane foam with a yellow/black PU film. They pad flat surfaces on walls, machines, beams and vehicles, cushion impacts and mark hazard points. In addition to the standard types D and F, wide versions Giant (150 mm) and MiniGiant (100 mm) are available.

- Yellow/black hatched; type D and F marked according to German ASR A1.3
- Light- and weather-resistant adhesive, adhesive strength 21 N/25 mm
- Temperature range -40 °C to +100 °C, fire test to DIN EN 13501-1, class E
- Shore A hardness approx. 45 (type D) or approx. 48 (type F)
- Widths 40, 50, 100 and 150 mm, thicknesses 10 to 20 mm
- Type D and F also magnetic and as 50 m roll

Installation
Self-adhesive profiles are applied to a clean, dry and grease-free surface, for type D and F at an application temperature of 15–20 °C. Magnetic versions adhere to steel without tools and can be repositioned. Cut to length with a knife. See the data sheet for application notes.
