Thermal Gloves

Our TK thermal glove meets the strict standards for protective gloves and is certified according to EN 420:2003+A1:2009 for general requirements, EN 388:2016 for protective gloves against mechanical risks, and EN 511:2006 for protective gloves against cold.

The performance levels of the glove according to EN 388:2016 are as follows: abrasion resistance (level 1), cut resistance Coupe test (level 1), tear resistance (level 1), and puncture resistance (not specified). The cut resistance in the TDM test does not meet the requirements. Additionally, the thermal glove meets the requirements of EN 511:2006 with contact cold (level 1) and is waterproof.

Our thermal glove for the deep-freeze sector is carefully packaged to ensure its quality. Each glove is equipped with a label on the cuff containing basic information about the EU conformity mark and the general requirements for gloves. Ten pairs are packed together with the manufacturer information in German language in a PE bag. For larger orders of 100 pairs, we use a sturdy carton weighing approx. 15 kg.

Please note the following instructions to ensure the durability and functionality of the thermal glove: The glove is suitable for work in environments where there is a risk of scratches, abrasions, or cuts. It can be used under normal conditions and when in contact with items at a temperature of -20 °C. When cut, torn, abraded, or excessively soiled, the glove loses its functional properties. It is not resistant to soaking through and should not be used in situations where there is a risk of entanglement in moving parts of machines.

For maintenance of the thermal glove, you can wash it at 60 °C and tumble dry on a basic program. Please store the glove dry and dispose of soiled products properly. By adhering to the prescribed maintenance, you can ensure the stability of the required properties essential for conformity assessment according to the above-mentioned technical standards.
