Torque Measuring Device for Tool Testing
The device to measure the torque of tools has the following features:
- Measurement accuracy: +/- 0.5% of [Max]
- Usable measuring range: 5–100% of [Max]
- Metal housing for durable use in harsh environments
- Capacity indicator: An ascending LED bar shows the remaining available measuring range
- Backlit graphic LCD display
- Rubber feet with anti-slip function (for models with [Max] ≤ 10 Nm)
- Stable mounting plate for secure fixation (for models with [Max] ≥ 20 Nm)
- Data interface USB and RS-232 included
- Scope of delivery: Torque transducer, robust carrying case, mounting plate (for models with [Max] ≥ 20 Nm)
- Internal data memory stores up to 500 measurement values. Memory content can be transferred to a PC via optional software
- Peak-hold function to capture peak values or track function for continuous measurement display
- Usable in both rotational directions
- Measurement with tolerance range (limit value function): upper and lower limit programmable. The measuring process is supported by an acoustic and optical signal
- AUTO-OFF function
