Rail Track Containment Troughs

The foldable trough is ideal for use in railways, rail transport accidents, at stations, in railway workshops, or for tank cars and more.

The rail track containment troughs are self-supporting, made of PVC with a special surface treatment (PES/PVC 680 g/m²). The material is resistant to oil products and acids (see resistance list). Reinforcements for shape stability are welded into the sidewalls of the troughs. Additional side supports ensure solid stability. The side handling grips facilitate handling of the trough. The trough can be easily disassembled on a flat surface, allowing thorough cleaning. On request, the trough can be equipped with a brass discharge flange GEKA PLUS 1. The maximum load capacity of the trough is 200 kg. The temperature operating range of the foldable trough is from -30 °C to +70 °C.
