Warehouse Marking / Plant Marking

Professional marking work with liquid hall paint in industrial and warehouse halls as well as outdoor areas, e.g. also for parking lots, parking garages or underground car parks

Offered is either only the hall paint for floor marking or the optional clear coat, or as a complete service including marking work, whereby we recommend purchasing the hall marking as a complete package including application, since the application is significantly more complicated than with self-adhesive floor markings. Liquid hall markings are usually applied with a width of 10 cm. Pictograms, e.g. pedestrian symbols and zebra crossings are also possible.

Liquid hall markings are generally very durable and long-lasting even with forklift traffic. The hall paint is also suitable for parking lots, parking garages and underground car parks. The main disadvantage is that changes or removal are more difficult (i.e. only by repainting, sandblasting, milling with removal cutters or with chemicals plus high-pressure water). Upon request, we also offer a removal service or the removal or refurbishment of old existing floor markings.

If you would like to request a quote for a liquid hall marking from us, please send us a (building) plan where the floor markings are drawn in, and ideally a good quantity/length estimate in running meters. If necessary, we can also arrange an on-site appointment with you. Based on experience, liquid hall markings of good quality including application are not more expensive than the material alone for good self-adhesive floor markings. Theoretically, a mix of both floor marking types is also possible.

Application time: When using hall paint in industrial or warehouse halls with forklift traffic, driving on is only recommended after approx. 12 hours. Usually, at least two days must be planned for the application, since after measuring and applying the paint, the paint must dry before the recommended clear protective lacquer layer can be applied. The work can, if necessary, also be carried out on a weekend to avoid disrupting operations.
