Concrex Deep Fill is WATCO's epoxy repair mortar for deep holes and breakouts in concrete floors. It fills damage from 15 to 100 mm deep in a single layer – instead of building up several layers and waiting in between, the hole is closed in one go. It contains less resin than the other Concrex products, which makes filling deep holes considerably more economical.
The mortar is reinforced with granite aggregate and, according to the manufacturer, has excellent stability under compressive load, so it is suitable for heavy-traffic areas. It can be used as a base layer under any Concrex product; for a finer finish the manufacturer recommends a final layer of approx. 5 mm Concrex Carbon Fibre. Suitable for concrete, cement, metal, brick and masonry, indoors and outdoors.
