Concrex Sub Zero is WATCO's repair mortar for concrete damage in freezer stores, chillers and outdoor areas in winter. According to the manufacturer it still cures at −20 °C, so cold rooms do not have to be defrosted for the repair and emergency repairs in freezing conditions need not be postponed. That saves downtime and energy.
Unlike the other Concrex mortars, it is based on polyaspartic resin with blended aggregate. The mortar is particularly suited to thin-section repairs and feather edges, can be used up to 50 mm deep and gives a strong, waterproof, non-dusting and chemical-resistant surface for heavy vehicle and foot traffic. Suitable for concrete, metal, sand and cement screed, brick and masonry.

Sold in the UK as Concrex Sub Zero. Where temperatures stay above 0 °C, Concrex Cold Set is an epoxy-based alternative.
