Concrex Tiefenfüller Kalttrocknend (sold in the UK as Concrex Cold Set Deep Fill) is WATCO's 2-pack epoxy repair mortar for deep breakouts in concrete floors that have to be fixed in cold conditions. According to the manufacturer it cures at floor temperatures down to 0 °C, so damage in unheated halls, on ramps or outdoors can be repaired in winter instead of waiting for warmer weather.
The mortar is placed 15 to 100 mm thick in a single layer and fills deep holes more economically than the finer Concrex grades. It is suitable for concrete, sand and cement, metal, brick and masonry, and once cured it takes high compressive loads. For a finer finish WATCO recommends a final topping, for example with Concrex Carbon Fibre. Concrete should be dry, clean and at least four weeks old.
