Flowpatch is WATCO's pourable repair mortar for holes and breakouts in concrete floors that need to be back in service quickly. Mix the powder with water, pour it into the hole and you are done: according to the manufacturer the repair takes forklift and heavy traffic after around 2 hours at suitable temperatures. For a busy site that means repairing during a break or between shifts rather than closing an aisle for days.
The fibre-reinforced cement and polymer mix fills depths of 5 to 100 mm in one go, is largely self-levelling and needs only minimal finishing with a trowel. No primer is required, and it can be applied to damp but not wet concrete. Besides grey, Flowpatch is available as a Colour version in tile red, stone, green and blue, for coloured floors or marked zones.
