Flowtop is WATCO's self-levelling, fibre-reinforced resurfacing mortar that gives worn, dusting or uneven indoor concrete floors a new hard-wearing surface. Instead of breaking out the old floor, you simply pour a new topping. According to the manufacturer Flowtop takes forklift traffic from just 3 mm thick.
The cement and polymer resin mix flows out to a smooth, non-dusting and abrasion-resistant surface which, according to the manufacturer, is slip resistant to R12 in dry conditions and can be painted if required. Both required primers are included in the kit. Besides grey, Flowtop Colour is available in tile red, stone, blue and green. Before use the material should be stored at 15–25 °C for at least 8 hours.
