Assembly paste for extreme conditions
The assembly paste was developed to withstand extreme conditions. It is strongly adhesive, water-repellent and resistant to fresh, sea and hot water as well as steam. The high nickel content of the paste also provides protection against corrosive and caustic solvents contained, among others, in dilute hydrochloric, sulphuric or nitric acid. WEICON Anti-Seize Nickel can be used in an extremely wide temperature range from -30 °C to +1,450 °C. Anti-Seize Nickel serves as corrosion protection and high-performance assembly paste for screw connections and assembly parts subject to extreme static and dynamic stress, and for use on slowly rotating systems in the high-temperature range. The paste protects against corrosion, seizing, wear, stick-slip effects, oxidation and fretting corrosion, as well as against electrolytic reactions, so-called cold welding. Anti-Seize Nickel can be used, for example, on seals, valves, screw fittings, gears, bearings, nozzles, conveyor belts, studs, tools or cylinders.
