WEICON Belt Repair Kit is a 2-component polyurethane system for fast repair, touch-up and coating of rubber surfaces. It has a high curing speed, high elasticity and wear resistance, is impact-resistant and very abrasion-resistant, and has particularly high tear propagation resistance. Thanks to its high mechanical strength, it is particularly suitable for repairs to rubber and metal parts exposed to impacts, abrasion, vibration or oscillation. The Belt Repair Kit is characterised by its easy and fast processing. The system is suitable for numerous applications, such as the repair and coating of conveyor belts, the touch-up of rubber coatings, as flexible wear protection and for fast repair of worn rubber surfaces. In addition to the polyurethane system, the kit includes a primer for surface pre-treatment and a spatula for spreading the compound evenly. To cover as many applications as possible, in addition to the classic 500 g working pack, which is processed by hand, another pack size is available: an easy-to-handle 540 g double cartridge.
