WEICON Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 is a grease-free dry lubricant with high pressure and temperature resistance from -200 °C (-392 °F) to +450 °C (+842 °F), briefly up to 500 °C (932 °F). The coating is dirt-, dust- and water-repellent, resistant to oils, greases and chemicals and adheres to metal, plastic and wood surfaces. The high MoS2 content ensures clean sliding lubrication, reduces friction, serves as emergency running lubrication and dampens running noise. Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 shortens and improves the running-in conditions of plain bearings, gear teeth and other sliding pairings, particularly under high pressure loads and low sliding speeds. WEICON Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 can be used on slide and running rails and guides, on conveyor belts, transport rollers and chutes, as a coating on punching tools, on loading technology products instead of silicone-containing release agents and wherever oil or grease lubrication is not permitted or desired. Bonded Coating Spray MoS2 is resistant to X-rays and laser beams.
