The Cable Stripper No. 4-29 Spiral is very robust and precise and is suitable for both soft and hard insulation of cables with a diameter of 4.5 - 29 mm. The different cutting directions for circular, spiral and longitudinal cuts can be set securely via the respective detent position with the selector lever. The spiral cut also makes it easier to remove complex insulation. The blade depth can be adjusted conveniently and precisely. It can be set with a lockable rotary knob in steps of 0.1 millimetres from 0 to 3 millimetres. Underlying layers are therefore not damaged. The handy and ergonomic tool features a blocking system. This function prevents opening in the longitudinal cut setting. This prevents the hardened steel blade from breaking due to incorrect use. Special sliding properties of the contact surface guarantee resistance-free work on the cable. A special grind of the replaceable blade allows clean removal of the outer sheath.
