WEICON Easy-Mix PU Crystal is a crystal-clear and colourless two-component polyurethane adhesive for bonding plastics (e.g. polycarbonate) and joining plastics to steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete, wood and glass. The high-strength, fast-curing structural adhesive can be sanded and painted over after approx. 30 minutes. It adheres very well to a wide variety of materials and is resistant to weathering and many aggressive chemicals. PU Crystal is temperature-resistant from -55 °C to +100 °C (-67 °F to +212 °F). Thanks to its transparent curing and UV resistance, it is particularly suitable for bonding e.g. plastic and glass. It can also be used for structural bonding where a coloured bond line would spoil the overall appearance of the component. With PU Crystal, transparent plastics such as Plexiglas and other materials can be joined to each other and in combination cleanly, attractively and with high strength. PU Crystal can be used in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, model and mould making, metal construction, ship and boat building, body and vehicle construction, trade fair and exhibition construction and many other areas. The Easy-Mix D 50 dispensing gun is required for processing Easy-Mix products in 50 ml packs.
