WEICON GMK 2410 is a contact adhesive based on polychloroprene (CR), characterised by very high initial adhesion for full-surface joints. It was specially designed for permanently flexible bonding of rubber to rubber and rubber to metal. The adhesive also adheres reliably to many other materials such as cellular rubber, leather, felt, insulation materials, textiles and wood. Its easy processing makes it a suitable solution for repairs and assembly work in the trades, in the workshop or for DIY projects. Typical applications • Bonding rubber profiles to doors in vehicle or mechanical engineering • Repairing and attaching rubber shoe soles • Attaching insulation mats and insulating materials • Fitting cellular rubber seals in housings or on machines • Attaching felt and textile coverings inside vehicles or campers • Flexible bonding of leather to metal or wood • General repair and assembly work requiring an elastic joint • Bonding rubber elements in the household and workshop WEICON GMK 2410 is not suitable for materials such as polystyrene foam, polyethylene, polypropylene parts, soft PVC foam and PVC artificial leather.
