WEICON CBC is suitable for chocking and grouting heavy installations that are difficult to align in industrial and maritime use. The "ABS Product Design Assessment" certified system serves as a replacement for shims, such as steel or similar materials, and ensures direct contact with foundation plates. The special epoxy resin system has low viscosity, is very free-flowing and self-levelling. It has a pot life of 45 minutes and cures with virtually no shrinkage. It offers permanently high static strength and high ageing resistance. The epoxy resin system adheres particularly well to steel and concrete. It has high compressive strength and is resistant to many chemicals, oils and fuels. It is vibration-resistant and also temperature-resistant. Thanks to its very low shrinkage, machines and installations remain constant in their alignment after grouting with WEICON CBC.
