WEICON Zinc Spray is TÜV-tested and provides all metal surfaces with permanent cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a fast-drying, firmly adhering protective layer of micro-fine zinc flakes. In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray showed no corrosion whatsoever even after more than 1050 hours. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental influences. As a result, WEICON Zinc Spray meets higher requirements than those specified in DIN EN ISO 1461. WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-quality anti-rust primer, for coating weld and drill points, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding and wherever metal needs to be protected against corrosion.
